1. Returns and Exchanges
1.1 Final Sale Policy:
All items are final sale. Because we specialize in delicate jewelry and small gemstone figurines, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items unless they arrive damaged.
1.2 Eligibility for Damaged Items Only:
If an item arrives damaged, it must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received in order to be considered for a replacement or store credit.
1.3 Timeframe for Reporting Damage:
You must notify us within 3 days of delivery to initiate a damage claim.

Return Process (Damaged Items Only)

Please email us within 3 days of delivery to obtain return authorization. Include photos or video clearly showing the damage and packaging.3.2 Package the Item:
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories.3.3 Include Documentation:
Include your order confirmation or packing slip inside the return package.3.4 Return Shipping:
Return shipping for approved damaged items is the responsibility of the buyer.
We will provide simple, clear instructions for completing the return. -
Replacements & Store Credit
4.1 Replacement (If Available):
If the damaged item is still in stock, we will send a replacement once the return is received and approved.4.2 Store Credit (If Replacement Is Not Available):
If a replacement is not available, we will issue a store credit for the value of the item.
Store credit must be used within 2 weeks from the date we receive the returned item. -
Exchanges

Because all items are final sale, exchanges are not offered unless the item arrived damaged and meets the eligibility requirements above. -
Damaged or Defective Items
6.1 Reporting Damage:
Please notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos or video of the damaged item and packaging.6.2 Resolution:
Once approved, we will offer:-
